Marquette Interchange

Located in the heart of downtown Milwaukee, the Marquette Interchange channels traffic to and from Chicago, Madison and Green Bay. Originally built during the interstate highway boom of the ‘60s and ‘70s, traffic had grossly exceeded design volumes and the infrastructure had served its useful life.

Edgerton Contractors, Inc. scope of work included mass excavation, recycling of bridge and pavement materials, contaminated soil remediation, placement of aggregate bases, and excavation for bridges and retaining walls.
