Kilbourn Towers

Kilbourn Towers was conceived and built to satisfy the demand for luxury condominiums in Milwaukee. Located on the bluff above McKinley Park, the 22-story high rise building also has a five-level underground parking structure.

Edgerton Contractors, Inc. was hired to perform the excavation for this structure. Because of the close proximity of adjacent buildings and streets, an interior braced earth retention system was employed to support the sides of the excavation. With depths approaching 60 feet, this difficult project was completed without a hitch.
